Our founder, Jeff Baker, a former Special Forces team sergeant, spent over a decade executing high-stakes missions in some of the world’s most volatile regions. He learned that staying adaptive, vigilant, and ahead of the threat is the only way to ensure safety – and he built Sinchi to bring that same level of security to clients like you. The name “Sinchi” itself comes from a Quechua word meaning “strong” and “brave”, reflecting the resilience and courage that drives our team.
